.- Customer is the Center of Business. Be careful with this statement, because sometimes, he (customer) doesn't know what he wants.

.- Marketing is More than Customer Satisfaction. Marketing is: CREATE VALUE. Significant value to the target market.

.- Excellent Marketing = Excellent (Finance + Human Resources + Operations + Production + I&D + Supply + Quality Control + General Direction)

.- The Central Purpose of Marketing is: Do better than direct competitors + Know very well the client + Improve processes all the time.

.- Perceived Quality = Consumer's opinion + Product's + Brand's + Consumer's expectations.

.- Strong Marketing = Customer Value + Customer Satisfaction + Customer Loyalty.

.- Increased Customer Value = The best marketing efforts = Excellent marketing strategy + Excellence marketing mix.

.- The Marketing Mix: Product, Price, Place, Promotion, Process, People, Physical Evidence, Parking, Partner, Public-Relations and Power.
