Customers still need personal interaction

While I am a great advocate of all things online, from marketing to selling, I feel as though a lot of companies, brands and individuals have been swept up in it all and are forgetting some of the basics, including personal customer service.

A recent survey by AMR and Feedback ASAP found that 58.5% of respondents felt customer service had declined the last five years, proving something needs to change.
